  • How do I get started?
    Simply download and install the application. However, you will need to contact your database/system administrator to connect the application to the database.

  • I am having problems connecting to the database.
    If your administrator is having difficulty connecting, refer the administrator to the connection guide located under the Help menu. If issues persist, use the support option under the Help menu to submit a support ticket. A support ticket will submit an issue to your solution provider and PASH LLC support.

  • What is the cost of the product?
    The cost of the product is based on the number merges you want perform. [A merge is the combining of 1 or more duplicate contacts, not the number of duplicates. Divide the number of duplicates by 2 to get a rough number of mergers you may want to perform].

    NOTE: 5 free merges come with activation of the product with the registration key.
